Manchester International Festival is a biannual event presenting new works from across the spectrum of performing arts, visual arts and popular culture. 

The visual language developed for the 2022 edition conveys the excitement around the opportunity to experience the festival and the city itself, through the creation of a dynamic wordmark, mimicking motion even in its static form, and the use of bright lime as the hero colour.
